First called on October 7
Earlier, the court had asked celebs, including Salman Khan, to appear in the hearing on October 7. Then Salman’s lawyer Saket Tiwari went and presented his case. But there was no other spot. Now the court has sent a notice to the address of the other seven celebs. It states that if they do not appear in the October 21 hearing, a unilateral order will be passed.
8 people were petitioned
On 17 June, Muzaffarpur lawyer Sudhir Kumar Ojha filed an application in the court to register a case against eight people in the Sushant case. In his petition, Sudhir had accused eight people, including Salman Khan, that all of them forced Sushant to commit suicide.
Sudhir had alleged that Sushant was removed from around seven films and some of his films were not allowed to be released. Due to all these things Sushant took suicidal steps. Sudhir had appealed to the court to file a case under sections 306, 109, 504 and 506 of the IPC against all the accused.
